I am writing to tell you about something very close to me.  I am asking that you help support the Mike Seneca Golf Classic.  Mike Seneca was my dad.  He was such a good dad to me and my little sister, Claire.

When I was five years old and my sister was seven weeks old, my dad was diagnosed with Stage IV Signet Ring Adenocarcinoma.  He fought a strong battle for seven months.  Now that I’m 11 years old, I understand the inspiring impact my dad had on many people’s lives.  That’s why I have become the Chairman of this year’s Mike Seneca Golf Classic.  I want to honor my dad’s memory and carry on his acts of selflessness and compassion.

All proceeds from this event go directly to the Hult Center for Healthy Living’s cancer programs.  The Hult Center for Healthy Living is a local non-profit that offers free mind, body and spirit services to those touched by cancer.  Please help me reach other kids whose lives have been drastically affected by cancer through your support of the 4th Annual Mike Seneca Golf Classic in my dad’s honor.

In the past three years, the Seneca Classic has raised over $50,000!  Please help me make this the best outing yet.  The Hult Center has a   variety of Sponsorship Opportunities available.  Please look over the information and contact the Hult Center for Healthy Living at 309.692.6650 if you have any questions.

Thank you for your consideration of sponsoring this very meaningful day!

Liam, Chairman
